Campaigns are optional commercial rules. An Offer is the labeled object returned to an AI service.
Catalog documentation will be expanded later.
When campaigns are optional
If a product is approved and policy-safe, it can be an offer candidate without a campaign. Add a campaign for budget, timing, discount, launch, or special business rules.
What an Offer contains
Disclosure, brand, title, description, and link. The AI service renders that object in a separate UI. It is not mixed into the organic answer.
