What is the difference between a Product, Campaign, and Offer?

A Product is the stable item. A Campaign is optional commercial policy. An Offer is the clearly labeled sponsored or affiliate recommendation returned to an AI service.

Product: source facts

A product keeps name, variants, price, inventory, images, destination URL, and external IDs from Shopify or another import. Those facts should be reviewable before anything is eligible for recommendation.

Campaign: only when rules change

Create a campaign for a launch window, discount, budget cap, or audience constraint. Do not create one campaign per SKU just to make the product visible.

Offer: the labeled return object

The offer is what the AI service receives: disclosure text, brand, title, description, and link. It is not mixed into the organic answer body.
